St. Luke’s Next Outdoor Service will be on October 18th at 5pm. You are encouraged to make a reservation as the last service was quite full. If you have previously sent in a questionnaire, you can simply note on your reservation request that there have been no changes since the last time you completed it. If you have not yet filled one out, completing this form before you arrive in the reservation process is preferable.
