SALT
As a middle school community, we meet each Friday night, via Zoom at 7:00. During Lent our focus is to pause and notice. We will take time to explore who we are as Christians and how to stay in touch with how God is actively at work in our lives each day. Each week we will challenge ourselves to Fast, Feast and Serve so that we slow down and turn to God.
YOUTH GROUP
SALT is for Middle School students, grades 5-8.
SALT meets on Friday nights at St. Luke’s Church from 6:30 – 9:00pm.
LIGHT is for High School students, grades 9-12.
LIGHT normally meets on Friday nights with SALT for games and food and then breaking out for separate time for Bible teaching and discussion. At St. Luke’s Church from 7:00-9:00pm.
Our youth groups enjoy dinner fellowship together, before playing games, having Bible lessons and engaging in lively discussion. In addition to the weekly meetings, there are many special events, such as lock-ins, mission work, outings and adventures. Friends are always welcome.
With both groups, SALT and LIGHT, our goal is to work in partnership with the family to develop a young person’s lasting relationship with God.
